Match the material to the moment. Wooden and leather boxes suit corporate gifts and limited releases. Cardboard with specialty paper or soft-touch lamination covers most retail and event needs. The facing paper is at least 157 g, and the greyboard base is 1200 g minimum.
Think about the unboxing. A magnetic closure opens cleanly. A ribbon handle makes carrying easy. A window shows the label. We keep magnet position within plus or minus 1 mm and corners at 90 degrees so the first impression is consistent.

How do you keep a single bottle from moving inside the box?
We use an insert that holds the bottle at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. Our in-house checks include a ten-second shake, a 45-degree tilt, and an inversion test. The insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We offer two sample types: a blank sample to check the structure and fit, and a printed sample to approve the visual. Samples are made before mass production so you can see the box with your bottle.
What if I need a specific Pantone colour?
We match Pantone references and use first-article approval plus mid-run sampling. Black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest to hold, but we flag that early so you can adjust the artwork or finish.
