Eight steps from brief to shipment

Online consultation

Tell us the bottle format, gifting occasion and any brand requirements. We confirm the structure and materials that fit the project.

Design confirmation

Our team turns your reference or artwork into a production-ready layout. We check dimensions, bleed and print position before anything is made.

Plate making and proofing

We produce plates and a proof for your approval. You see the print, the structure and the finishing before mass production.

Machine printing

Printing runs on coated or specialty paper. We hold Pantone references and sample mid-run to keep colour consistent.

Machine lamination

The printed sheet is laminated to protect the surface and improve feel. Lamination also helps the box hold its shape.

Machine box making

Greyboard is cut, creased and formed. Rigid lids, magnetic closures and foldable bodies are assembled at this stage.

Hand assembly

Inserts, ribbons, handles and other details are placed by hand. Each bottle sits at four points with no unsupported neck or shoulder.

Quality inspection and packing

We run our in-house checks: drop, stacking and vibration simulation with a bottle loaded. Then boxes are packed for export.

Two sample types

A blank sample shows the structure, material and insert fit. A printed sample shows the final visual with your artwork. We recommend both before mass production so you can check the unboxing moment and bottle hold.

Payment and shipping

We accept T/T and PayPal. Shipping by air, sea or express. We confirm the method with you before production so the boxes arrive in good condition.
