Double-Bottle Wine Gift Boxes
A two-bottle set changes the gifting moment. The box has to hold both bottles without movement, present them side by side, and survive the trip from your warehouse to the recipient's hands. We build double-bottle wine gift boxes around that job.
You choose the structure and the surface. Rigid lid-and-base, magnetic closure, drawer, foldable, double-door or with handles. Facing options include specialty paper, kraft, flocked paper and leather-textured paper over greyboard.
How to Choose
Start with the bottle dimensions and total weight. Greyboard at 1200 g is our minimum for wine boxes; for spirits we recommend 1400 g. The insert is specified so the bottle is held at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder.
Decide how the box opens. Magnetic closure suits a premium reveal, a drawer works for a slower presentation, and double-door or foldable structures can reduce shipping volume. The unboxing sequence should match the brand.
Confirm the insert type. Velvet tray, EVA foam, blister and paper mould are all available. Our control tolerance on the insert is plus or minus 1 mm, and the box body plus or minus 2 mm, so the fit stays consistent across the run.

Can I order a custom double-bottle box with my own logo and colours?
Yes. Send your box dimensions or bottle sample, reference design, quantity and special requirements. We handle plate making, proofing, printing and finishing, with Pantone matching and first-article approval.
How do you make sure the bottles do not move inside the box?
Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottle loaded, stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. The insert holds the bottle at four points.
What materials do you use for double-bottle wine gift boxes?
The base is greyboard with facing paper of 157 g minimum. Common facing options are specialty paper, kraft, white card, gold or silver cardboard, flocked paper and leather-textured paper. We do not use recycled greyboard.
