How to Choose

Magnetic closure works best when the box needs to feel like a rigid gift box but ship flat. The magnets sit in the board so the front panel closes flush. We hold magnet position to plus or minus 1 mm and check corners at 90 degrees when erected.
For multi-bottle formats, the insert layout matters more than the outer graphics. A 4 or 6-bottle box needs each cavity separated so bottles never touch during transit. We run a six-face drop test at 1.2 m with bottles loaded as part of our in-house checks.

Will the foldable box look as premium as a rigid box?
Yes, when the board and facing paper are right. We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum and facing paper at 157 g minimum. The creases are scored so they do not crack when the box is folded flat and erected again.
Can you print our logo on the magnetic closure?
Yes. We print on the facing paper before lamination, so the logo sits under a protective layer. Pantone matching is standard, and we send a printed sample for approval before mass production.
What bottle formats fit these boxes?
We build for single bottle, double bottle, and 4 to 6-bottle formats. The insert can be a velvet tray, EVA foam, blister, or paper mould. You send the bottle dimensions or a sample, and we match the cavity to the bottle.
